About Lily Masco

Lily Masco is a Franco-American Clinical Hypnotist, Life Coach, Event Planner and the Founder of TranceFigure.

Lily helps people with change work in private sessions or group wellness events. She creates hypnotic experiences where guests are guided through a range of transformational change work processes while in a thematic group trance.

Lily fuses hypnosis with her background in hospitality, events, and writing. Putting her own metaphoric spin on change, she creates immersive therapeutic celebrations open to professional hypnotists, hypnewbies, and everyone in between.

Lily offers specialized workshops for hypnosis practitioners to learn how to turn create their own thematic hypnotic experience. Hypnotists will walk away from this training with the ability to offer unique braincations.

Where are sessions?

Sessions are held virtually in the comfort of your home via video calls on Zoom.

Ideally, find comfortable seating somewhere peaceful and quiet with a strong WiFi connection.

If multiple devices are available to you, it is preferable to use the largest possible screen
(ex: computer/tablet vs. smartphone)

How many sessions?

Everyone is different, as are their objectives and struggles. Naturally, the timeline of their progress is going to be unique to each individual.

The number of sessions is largely determined by the type of change work you are aiming for.

While you may start feeling a shift as soon as the first session, it is recommended to continue sessions to ensure the change lasts.

A majority of clients will typically choose to participate in three to nine sessions. 

The number of sessions can be higher depending on the transformational goal and how consistently self-hypnosis and affect regulation tools are practiced outside of sessions.

Some people may also choose to integrate hypnosis into their routine, as one would incorporate regular meditations into their schedule.

There are several reasons one may choose to invest in hypnosis in a more long-term capacity, such as: addressing deeply ingrained or complex habits, further solidifying an effected change, working on a variety of goals, or simply expanding a self-hypnosis repertoire for overall wellness.

How much are sessions?

Sessions are approximately one hour.

Individual sessions: $250 USD

3-Session Collective: $675 USD ($225/session)

5-Session Collective: $875 USD ($175/session)

10-Session Collective: $1,500 USD ($150/session)

Payment must be received prior to confirming a session.
